Do churches hire older pastors?

I sincerely feel led to complete my BS degree and then complete my masters in Divinity. However, I'm 58 and would probably not finish my masters for 3-4 years. That being said, would I even be able to find a pastor job at the age of 61-63 with no actual pastoral experience? I truly like to get some feedback on this.
