Edge Venture Ministries...helping men return to Joy

Edge Venture Ministry (www.edgeventure.org) is an amazing weekend for all men to experience God and learn to return to Joy through the pain and wounds of life.

I was a pastor, burnt out in ministry, and was asked to resign. 18 months later, years of depression and coping with addictions like pornography, a friend invited me to attend an Edge Venture weekend.

Through the weekend, I experienced love, acceptance, and freedom from shame and wounds like I have never experienced before in my life: bible college and seminary and 10 years in the ministry.

After the Edge Venture weekend, I was able to experience the joy of becoming an authentic man in Christ and began to serve as a staff member on the Edge weekends.

Now, 4 years later, I have seen hundreds of men, pastors included, find freedom in Christ, as proverbs says that the heart of a man is a deep wellspring...God uses wisdom and discernment to draw up these issues of life.

As a christian men's ministry, we are committed to serving men to return to their joy and strength in the Lord...we do offer scholarships for pastors from time to time.
