Help

I am a pastor of a small congregation and part of the community ministerium. Our ministerium gives out food vouchers to those in the community or congregation who needs them. Is it alright if a pastor uses one? I have had a tough month with traveling a lot, I was sick, and sick pets, etc. I don't have enough for groceries and payday is 10 days away. Is it ethically wrong to use a food voucher? Should they strictly be used for people in the community or congregation?
