I don't like the other co-pastor

I am struggling with remaining in ministry because I don't like my fellow Co-Pastor. Can you give me some insight about how to work past dislike?

Just a little back ground. Two churches merged and thus Senior Co-Pastors. For about a year things went beautifully with me and the other pastor. However, at this point there is no communication, seemingly no care for me or the church, on another mission, etc. I am at my "wits end". Thank you.
