I feel alone

Too tired to write. Just please pray for me and our church. I feel alone...I have no more tears, no more love, no more vision. If God doesn't need me anymore then all I ask is for Him to take me. I am too afraid to take away my life, I don't want to go to hell. I know the Truth, I don't want to suffer after my departure from this world. I am married and have two wonderful kids...my wife and my kids are the loves of my life. What once was a hope of great promises has become doubts...I have no friends, I have no pastor. I ask you to please pray for me and my family, God bless you all that are suffering through this cycle. May The Lord come soon and reward you all for your love and patience.

Hang in there!
by: Anonymous

You have had some amazing advice from some Godly people. Can I also encourage you to hang in there and not give up. It sounds as if you may be suffering depression, seeking counseling to help sort out your thoughts and feelings is a good idea.

Please also consider confiding in someone in your life, take that step to reach out. Even though you feel alone God is with you he promises to never fail or forsake you but walks every step of the way through all the ups and downs of life with you.

Believing for healing in your life, please take care

keep keeping on the light will shine

Hold on still, don't give up. Make friends, don't wait for people to make friends with you.

Be Still and Know I AM

I am not a pastor, but I feel empathy for those who are. Turn back to re-stablish your personal relationship with God. Life is difficult with many travails. I know the depression monster; you have to fight to overcome it. But our God, to use a burned-out phrase, is an awesome God. No matter how one expresses it, it is true. God has a plan for every life. We have the free will to stray from God's plan. Doesn't make Him happy, but He is patient. Choose to love and obey God again. You can do it! Be still and know I AM!!!!!

My friends,

I recognise the voice of depression. It is a serious voice that you need to listen to. I battle with this myself. Depression, even when caused by circumstances, is organic. Please consider this carefully.

1. Immediately go to your doctor and get medication for depression. If you are already on medication go back and tell them it isn't working.

2. Force yourself to get a good amount of exercise every day. This has literally saved my life.

3. Take at least 2400mg of Omega 3 fish oil every day.

4. Get plenty of sunshine or take Vitamin D3 supplements.

5. Get as much sleep as you can.

If you are at the point where you are suicidal, then tell your church that you need sick leave to recover. Get a note from your doctor if need be.

Get some christian friends. Go to another church or house group, or speak to other pastors.

You are precious in the sight of God. You must address these things so that you can serve the Lord in the future.
