the church is not being supportive

When I was a deacon in our church I reopened a congregation which had been closed for more than two years. My elders at the time where reluctant in assisting the congregation to grow,in fact they where not being supportive.

Because of my zeal to the work I personally enrolled for theological studies so as to enhance my knowledge. When my apostle learnt that I did theology I was called for a hearing and I was told that the church does not believe in theology and in actual fact I was supposed to be isolated. However for the furtherance of the work one of the ministers was appointed to work with me.

I have a feeling that I have been rejected and isolated already. There have been attempts by the leadership to move me out of the church house where I am staying but all failed.

I do not know what to do.
